Welcome to the Tales of Summer: Nature Storytelling
Join us in the garden at Porch Light Literary Center for a fun-filled event engaging with nature and storytelling. We will explore nature journaling, thinking about how nature can inspire us to create art and stories, and spend time reading and playing in the garden. A limited number of free take home learning kits will be available to create a nature journal all summer long! Register a ticket today to guarantee your availability to a kit. All families welcome and children of all abilities included - most activities are geared towards children from ages 3 to 10.
10:30am: Interactive Storytime Read-Aloud
10am-12pm: Drop-in activities
- All pre-registered families will receive a Nature Journaling learning kit to take home (limited number available for additional drop-ins not registered, to pre-register, follow the link to obtain a free ticket - one per child)
