Kaye Lindsley
Kaye Lindsley has been in early childhood education (ECE) for ten years. Throughout her time as a lead Montessori preschool teacher she has been awarded grants, such as the Farm to Early Childhood grant. This allowed her to implement hands on lessons and experimental activities over the years in gardening and cooking. She has attended multiple trainings for ECE, such as Light Shadow and Moving Pieces. One of her greatest joys of her job is watching preschoolers develop independence and critical thinking skills, such as creative problem solving and conflict resolution. She believes in slowing down and finding balance, along side connecting with humanity, taking time to enjoy life and all beauty nature has to offer. In her spare time she renovates her home, gardens, tends to her backyard chickens, keeps bees, crafts handmade soap, dabbles in ceramics and crocheting, hikes, cooks and eats adventurously, and travels internationality taking ever opportunity to learn about other earthlings. She is loved and supported by her spouse Nick, and their dog, Grover, and cat, Levon.
