About the event
During Antelope Lending Library's regular stop at Mercer Park on Friday, July 12 from 3-5pm, Engaged Early Education will be joining with fun, hands on activities all about plants.
-Flower Investigation Station -Flower Pounding Printmaking
-Make wildflower seed balls -Chat with a Master Gardener: Kim Armstrong, an accredited Master Gardener, will be available to discuss your own yard/plants/garden and any questions you may have. -Complete an Antelope Lending Library Summer Reading Activity Slip and earn a prize! ...and more!
This is an all ages event. All abilities and needs welcomed - please note the flower pounding activity can be loud, but for kids who want to try, but have sensory concerns with the noise, we will have some noise cancelling headphones available to borrow.
